Key job responsibilities
You'll have opportunities to:

• This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India


• A Bachelor's degree is required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Overall experience of 8 – 10 years, in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
• Deep compensation knowledge required, including understanding of APAC AMET compensation practices and regulations.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to listen, synthesize ideas, and explain complex issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences.
• The ability to work independently, take on responsibility, and be nimble in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.
• Strong Excel and analytics skills.


• Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
• Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
• Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets.
• Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
• Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
