The Senior Total Rewards Analyst works collaboratively within the Total Rewards and the broader HR team to administer and maintain Badger Meter Total Rewards programs. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst works across all areas of total rewards, but with a primary focus on compensation programs and projects.
Job Duties:
Administer annual, recurring and ad hoc global compensation programs and projects that support the organizations pay philosophy and total rewards strategy. This includes salary survey participation, pay market reviews, salary structure maintenance, pay program compliance, annual merit increase and promotion cycles, compensation communication and education, executive compensation and variable pay plans.
Serve as the compensation subject matter expert, providing expertise and guidance to projects and to internal partners. Partner with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, job requirements and organization design to provide guidance, recommendations and creative solutions to total rewards challenges.
Provide advice, ad hoc analysis, guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related issues, inquiries or requests. Provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, ensuring equity and alignment with company policies.
Maintain Badger Meter’s job catalog including partnering with HRBPs and internal customers to create and update job descriptions that are reflective of evolving business and job requirements. Conduct detailed job evaluations and analysis to benchmark jobs to determine appropriate salary range alignment and inform compensation decisions.
Participate in and occasionally lead special total rewards projects such as total rewards integration for mergers and acquisitions, global compensation and benefit harmonization, or Workday optimization.
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and international compensation regulations including pay equity and labor laws in the diverse global markets where the company operates. Establish and execute appropriate audits for data integrity, internal compliance, and governance ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
Deliver total rewards related communications and training material including creative and engaging promotional and educational material designed to communicate program and plan information clearly and effectively across a variety of channels.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, business administration, accounting, or finance or a related field required
5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Human Resource Business Partner or a related field desired
