DescriptionSummary: The Senior Compensation Analyst conducts high-level data analysis and assists in the administration of the organization’s compensation programs, partnering with internal partners on compensation-related requests and reviews. This role will use survey data and industry knowledge to evaluate compensation programs for market competitiveness, to attract, retain and motivate talent.

Paid Time Off: Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
Responsibilities- Reviews and evaluates data for market assessments; reviewing the job description, gathering external market data and internal comparators, making initial assumptions on appropriate pay and ensuring FLSA statuses comply with Federal regulations, while maintaining best practices; escalating all management reviews to the compensation partner and executive level reviews to the director.
- Manages all service line incentive and/bonus programs, assisting in drafting documents and annual updates, and reviewing any escalated issues that may arise with the administration of the plan.
- Assists in the execution of the annual merit process and other compensation adjustment cycles.
- Assists in management of the company’s short-term incentive plan, including identifying eligible population, calculating related payouts and auditing of pay related data.
- Audits compensation related data and rectifying all related issues that may arise during the audit process; may include: FLSA status, organizational leveling, base pay assessments, incentive programs, pay related changes, etc.
- Owns the system maintenance of the company’s job description and salary survey warehouse, performing regular system updates.
- Conducts reviews of all incoming compensation changes, recommending pay while maintaining internal and external equity.
- Assists in the maintenance of internal processes and SOPs for all compensation related activities.
- Participates in compensation initiatives and projects, analyzing data and assisting in the day-to-day implementation of process changes
Qualifications- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, both written and orally
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Excel skills; including advanced equations and macros writing abilities
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Self-driven and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or Business) required
- 4+ years of related experience (Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or Business related); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Compensation or Human Resources Professional level certification (CCP, SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR) preferred
