Your role here

In this role, you’ll analyze market data, evaluate jobs, and provide insights that guide pay decisions. You’ll also help develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures that attract and retain top talent.

Your experience and background

  • Shown experience leading annual merit increase cycles, including analysis and reporting.
  • Background in job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation survey participation.
  • Experience developing and updating job descriptions aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in providing pay mentorship for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Proven success partnering with HR and leadership on compensation strategies, communications, and training.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation systems; Workday expertise strongly preferred.
  • Track record of leading process and technology improvement projects in compensation.
  • History of conducting audits of job descriptions and data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Highly organized, diligent, and able to prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear, understandable way.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including ability to influence and consult with leaders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of HR and compensation principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree and three to five years experience in human resources, compensation, finance OR equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • SPHR, PHR, and/or CCP credentials preferred but not required.
