Role Overview

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing compensation solutions that ensure equity, consistency, and competitiveness across the organization. This position offers direct collaboration with HR Partners and global compensation teams, providing visibility and impact at both regional and global levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, propose, and develop compensation structures and solutions aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Analyze salary structures, pay bands, and market data to recommend strategic adjustments and improvements.
  • Lead and execute compensation review cycles, including salary adjustments, bonus calculations, and annual increases.
  • Generate and present strategic reports and recommendations to HR Partners, business leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners and regional leaders to implement compensation initiatives and support organizational transformation.
  • Continuously improve compensation processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in strategic compensation projects at regional and global levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles within multinational companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (must).
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with global and multicultural teams is a plus.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing compensation processes and solutions.
