Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in compensation
  • 6+ years of experience in leadership and management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • WE VALUEBachelor’s Degree
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
  • Experience in executive compensation
  • Experience in a global organization
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
