Job Overview
The Sr. Total Rewards Analyst plays a key strategic and analytical role in developing, managing, and optimizing compensation and benefits programs across the APAC region. You will work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with global reward strategies. This role also supports the annual compensation cycle, benchmarking efforts, and process improvements within the Total Rewards function.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive salary structures across APAC
- Maintain and update pay frameworks, including creating pay grades for new roles
- Support annual compensation cycles (merit increases, promotions, bonuses), working closely with HR teams
- Review salary proposals for internal equity, market competitiveness, and company guidelines
- Monitor and analyze utilization and cost trends for benefits and employee recognition programs
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Audit and validate compensation and benefits data for accuracy and compliance
- Track legislative and regulatory changes that may impact total rewards programs
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and global projects
- Document and improve internal processes to enhance consistency and efficiency
What our Client is Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) is a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data into insights
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information
- Experience with global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) or compensation systems is an advantage
