TM Sales Compensation Analyst, Personal Insurance, Korea

How you will create an impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally within the TM to ensure the successful and innovative execution of approved strategies and initiatives
  • Review incentive scheme – subject to change – & forecast
  • Develop and implement sales commission paid management system to comply with guideline by FSS collaborating with IT and related function
  • Cross-check and review commission items with system data & update/modify the system data & input data
  • Analyze the commission related sales KPIs and prepare better spending of sales promotion plan for efficient sales operations
  • Develop and keep updated commission scheme complying with regulation
  • Report commission paid by channel, campaigns and track & monitor for commission-contest plans implementation

Key Capabilities:

  • Demonstrated ability and collaborative skills to function within a cross-functional organization
  • Highly developed analytical, communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaborate with technical and non-technical sales groups across the organization
  • Ability to handle the internal & external issues and industry knowledge including guidelines, sales related regulations
  • Mature and proven track record in working independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance
  • An outcome-driven, creative thinker with an innovative bent to business solutions and problem solving

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 10+ years work experience in payroll & sales reporting
  • Experience and knowledge managing TM payroll aspects of TM including regulation, sales revenue & commission
