Supports HR Services clients in the administration of total rewards programs, policies, and initiatives, including the functions of compensation, benefits, learning management, absence management, talent development, and talent acquisition. This particular position is heavily focused on compensation and benefits analysis and support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct job evaluations using market pricing for hourly, salaried, and management roles; maintain market pricing database and update survey data.
Manage salary survey participation, including submissions, budget tracking, and invoicing.
Support the annual rewards cycle by preparing and auditing data, configuring SuccessFactors modules, conducting UAT, and resolving system or data issues.
Maintain job code tables to ensure accurate compensation attributes across systems.
Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce cases related to compensation and benefits.
Perform routine and ad hoc audits of benefits data, including payroll deductions; resolve discrepancies between vendor and internal systems.
Assist with Annual Enrollment activities, including data validation, UAT, Tier 1 training, and vendor coordination.
Develop, review, and/or distribute communication materials for compensation and benefits programs, including PowerPoint presentations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to support program delivery and project execution.
Lead small-scale projects and identify opportunities for process improvements and regulatory alignment.
