The Total Rewards Analyst will support the Compensation & Benefits function in designing, analyzing, and implementing reward strategies that ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance.

Requirements<\/h3>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics within large organizations.
<\/div>
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data tools.
<\/div>
• Experience in salary surveys, pay benchmarking, and benefits management.
<\/div>
• Solid understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay).
<\/div>
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
<\/div>
• Fluency in English is a must.
