This role sits within the Global HR team, which supports both retail and corporate teams throughout Asia and Europe. To provide support to the reporting manager in the area of compensation & benefits, and HR reporting for all countries.
The role will consist of supporting benchmarking submission, job evaluation and the merit/bonus annual cycle; and analyzing and maintaining best practices in the area of Total Rewards.
Compensation & Benefits
Provide support to HR counterparts in global offices by offering guidance on benchmarking data and salary ranges.
Conduct annual market research and analysis to ensure salary ranges remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Support annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, bonus calculations, and long-term incentive (LTI) simulations.
Contribute to the job architecture project by conducting job evaluations and revamping salary structures.
Maintain the global job code inventory and ensure data integrity across all global compensation records.
Lead the annual budgeting exercise in coordination with local HR teams, focusing on C&B costing.
Support in administration and maintenance of benefits programmes
HR Analytics
Work with in-country HR, and lead in building the structure and content of HR reporting for Asia.
Design and develop dashboards for effective and automated reporting on key HR metrics
Support in-country HR with data analysis and provide actionable insights for presentation to business leaders.
Collaborate with cross functional teams within People organization to highlight workforce issues and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to provide recommendations.
Responsible for monthly tracking of dashboard information and of the annual work plan, ensuring the business leaders obtain relevant information for decision making.
Support the delivery of projects outlined in the annual work plan.
HRIS Support
Responsible for HRIS work in Oracle including maintaining HR database including the Core HR Module and Absence Management Module for all countries across APAC and Europe
Be the first point of contact in HRIS troubleshooting and maintenance for global locations
Prepares HR reporting, dashboard updates, attrition reports and etc
Participates in projects and tracking deliverables.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with preferable 3-5 years of HR experience specialized in C&B and HR analytics
Organized with attention to detail and confident in working with numbers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and/or Power BI (or similar)
A self-driven team player with the ability and keen interest to learn and apply new tools and techniques
Experience with survey design and analysis
Strong communication, presentation, project management and time management skills
A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with associates and parties inside and outside of the company
