About the Job:

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for driving compensation delivery excellence for Pizza Hut and KFC across the U.S., partnering closely with People & Culture business partners and talent acquisition teams. In this key role, you will manage job leveling, compensation programs, and bonus initiatives, while providing data-driven insights and ensuring program accuracy and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in supporting compensation processes and analytics that enable strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing transformation and success of Yum! Brands’ total rewards strategy.

Salary Range: 

$78,300 – $92,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities: 

  • US job leveling, offers, & job description management: Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners & talent acquisition teams on job leveling evaluations and pay packages, recommendations & reviews.
  • Compensation process support & analytics: Ensure executional excellence of key compensation programs and processes like the year-end performance review. Provide support through system testing, reporting, US end-to-end execution ownership, global governance of key populations, and ad-hoc analytics.
  • Survey / External Reporting Support: Partner with Total Rewards and Cross-functional partners to provide accurate reporting, ensuring accurate and relevant data collection.
  • Spot Bonus Program Management: Manage nominations for the stock program for the brands globally and execute cash plan for US businesses.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting & Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc Total Rewards reporting and analysis for the brand, including compensation reviews, special projects, and program rollouts.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in total rewards (ideally compensation), with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide sound actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive and self-motivated individual who can take initiative, manage multiple requests, and drive results with a sense of urgency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
