JOB SUMMARY: This is a temp-to-hire position where the Total Rewards Analyst supports payroll, benefits, and HRIS operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is the primary processor for ADP Workforce Now transactions and serves as backup support for Payroll in a nonprofit environment.
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible)
Pay: $65K - $90K DOE
Parking: Free in lot

Type: Temp to Hire: Approximately 17 weeks

DUTIES
Process HRIS and compensation transactions in ADP Workforce Now (job changes, pay updates, bonuses, deductions)
Maintain accurate employee records across the employee lifecycle
Process benefits eligibility and deduction changes, including 401(k), HSA, and hardship loans
Ensure proper coding and effective dates aligned with payroll schedules
Provide backup support for payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and reporting
Upload benefits and retirement files and maintain audit documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of payroll processing experience using ADP Workforce Now
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
Knowledge of payroll deductions, benefits reconciliation, and tax-advantaged plans
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
