JOB TITLE: Total Rewards Analyst
JOB SUMMARY: This is a temp-to-hire position where the Total Rewards Analyst supports payroll, benefits, and HRIS operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is the primary processor for ADP Workforce Now transactions and serves as backup support for Payroll in a nonprofit environment.
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible)
Pay: $65K - $90K DOE
Parking: Free in lot
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003
Type: Temp to Hire: Approximately 17 weeks
Start date: Immediately upon passing background check

DUTIES
- Process HRIS and compensation transactions in ADP Workforce Now (job changes, pay updates, bonuses, deductions)
- Maintain accurate employee records across the employee lifecycle
- Process benefits eligibility and deduction changes, including 401(k), HSA, and hardship loans
- Ensure proper coding and effective dates aligned with payroll schedules
- Provide backup support for payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and reporting
- Upload benefits and retirement files and maintain audit documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of payroll deductions, benefits reconciliation, and tax-advantaged plans
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
