Total Rewards Analyst
  As a member of a COE (Centre of Excellence), the Total Rewards Analyst provides analytical support to the design and execution of the organization’s total rewards programs. Both direct and indirect total rewards programs such as group benefits, retirement, and compensation are within scope. This role also ensures accurate billing reconciliation, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and seamless coordination with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience.   RESPONSIBILITIES Total Rewards Program Administration Support Total Rewards Specialists in the administration of employee benefits and retirement programs, including new enrollments and life‑event changes, with a high degree of accuracy. Provide analytical support for pay programs including job evaluation, compensation adjustments, and compensation surveys. Maintain complete and compliant records while ensuring adherence to internal policies and legislative requirements. Proactively identify discrepancies and drive timely resolution to ensure data integrity across all systems.   Carrier Relationship (15%) Act as the main point of contact with benefits and retirement carriers. Address demographic or billing discrepancies, troubleshoot employee inquiries, and resolve complex issues efficiently.   People & Culture Team Partnership Work collaboratively with members of the People & Culture team, including Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partners. Provide tools, resources, and communication materials to support employee inquiries and Total Rewards program implementation, while using frontline feedback to resolve issues and improve processes.   Monthly Billing and Reconciliation Review, reconcile, and process monthly invoices for benefits, retirement, and other Total Rewards programs with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness. Partner with Finance and external vendors to investigate variances, correct errors, and ensure timely payment processing. Maintain documentation to support internal controls and audit requirements.   Data Management for Total Rewards Programs Utilize HRIS platforms (preferably Dayforce) and third‑party carrier systems to maintain, validate, and audit employee data related to compensation and benefits. Generate reports and provide analytics to support decision‑making and compliance requirements. Support system updates, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and user experience.   EDUCATION Equivalent to completion of specialized courses normally taught in community or recognized specialty colleges, consisting of approximately three academic years. Completion of courses required for recognized certification, diploma, or license.   PREFERRED LICENSING / PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION Human Resources post‑diploma.CEBS (GBA, RPA), CCP, and/or CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.   EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years of equivalent experience.   Compensation: $58,000-$65,000/year
