What you'll be doing:
Assists with annual cycles such as merit, promotion, bonus, salary reviews and Benefits renewals, and contributes to continuous improvement of total rewards processes and programs
Support the set-up, testing and administration of the various Total Rewards processes in Company systems
Supports the evaluation and update of the market reference ranges
Supports in the preparation of compensation and benefits surveys by liaising with others and providing company data for survey submissions. Researches, evaluates and recommends survey sources.Â
Helps maintain compliance with state and federal regulations such as FLSA, ADA, Equal Pay Act, etc  Â
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or master's degree or its international equivalent in Business, Finance, HR or related field of study
Minimum of 2 years of related prior experience in HR, Payroll, Finance, Administration or similar role (Bachelor) or 1 year (Master)
Demonstrated prior compensation and/or benefits experience required; 1 year minimum
Report writing and generation using various tools
Analysis of diverse scope data and presentation for business decisions
