40Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive total rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across the MarinHealth enterprise. This role will work closely with Human Resources leadership and other stakeholders to enhance employee experience through competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Additional responsibilities include the development, implementation, and maintenance of competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs that align with organizational goals and market trends. Also within the purview of this role is the administration of benefits programs including health and welfare, retirement, pension, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation. This includes implementing benefits policies and programs, cultivating vendor relationships, processing transactions affecting benefits eligibility, coverages and deductions, resolving benefits issues, coordinating benefits enrollment and educational events, ensuring timely communication of benefits information, tracking and reporting relevant benefits data, administering all leaves of absence and ensuring compliance for all federal, state, and local leaves of absence, ADA claims, and workers’ compensation claims.Job Requirements, Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
