What you'll do:

• Prepare and deliver daily HR KPI reports across the Baltics (e.g., fluctuation, sickness rates, etc.)
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support management with data-driven recommendations
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor HR performance KPI
• Support personnel planning and cost budgeting processes
• Stay up to date with trends in people analytics, data science, and HR technology
• Contribute to analytics and activities related to total rewards (compensation & benefits)

About you:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization, ect.)
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
• Relevant university degree (e.g., in Economics, Business, Statistics, HR, or related field)
• Experience working with SAP is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to evaluate data, draw conclusions, and present them to internal business partners
