A Workday Advanced compensation Consultant with 3 to 5 years
of experience in expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday
Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience
handling Workday Compensation configurations, workflows.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Skills and Qualification<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- 3 to
5 years of experience as Workday Advanced compensation Consultant.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Configure
core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus
plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Set
up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to
support compensation processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Active
Workday certification is desired.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate
with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather
requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into
effective Workday configurations and solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Utilize
consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution
proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's
business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected
business result.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Optimize
and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security,
and compliance with regulatory standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct
health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in
defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- In -depth
knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ability
to absorb new technologies and features quickly.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Good
oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively
manage customer expectations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Good
problem -solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and
provide effective solutions.<\/span>
