We are seeking a highly skilled <\/span><\/span>Workday Certified Advanced Compensation Consultant<\/span><\/span><\/b> to lead and support end -to -end implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support of Workday Advanced Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize compensation programs aligned with organizational goals.<\/span> Location:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Across India<\/span><\/span> Lead <\/span><\/span>Workday Advanced Compensation<\/span><\/span><\/b> implementations, enhancements, and post -production support<\/span> Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, merit cycles, bonuses, stock plans, and allowances<\/span> Configure and maintain <\/span><\/span>Advanced Compensation plans<\/span><\/span><\/b>, eligibility rules, compensation packages, and calculation logic<\/span> Design and implement <\/span><\/span>compensation review processes<\/span><\/span><\/b>, guidelines, budgets, and approvals<\/span> Integrate Advanced Compensation with <\/span><\/span>Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent modules<\/span><\/span><\/b> Develop and maintain <\/span><\/span>calculated fields, business process frameworks, condition rules, and validations<\/span><\/span><\/b> Support <\/span><\/span>annual compensation cycles<\/span><\/span><\/b>, testing, data validation, and end -user training<\/span> Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure best practices and compliance<\/span> Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions<\/span> Create functional design documents and user guides<\/span> Stay current with Workday releases and provide impact analysis and recommendations<\/span> Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation (Active)<\/span><\/span><\/b> 5+ years of Workday HCM experience with strong focus on Advanced Compensation Proven experience in <\/span><\/span>end -to -end Workday implementations<\/span><\/span><\/b> Strong understanding of <\/span><\/span>compensation structures, merit planning, bonus plans, and equity compensation<\/span><\/span><\/b> Experience with <\/span><\/span>Workday security, reporting, and integrations<\/span><\/span><\/b> (basic to intermediate level) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Additional Workday certifications (HCM, Core Compensation, Reporting, Integrations) Experience with global compensation programs and multi -country deployments Exposure to related Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Prism) Prior experience supporting large enterprise or complex organizational structures<\/span><\/span>
