Requirements
3+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.
Workday Certified Consultant with hands-on experience in Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
Partner with customers throughout all phases of deployment and post-productionβgathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, testing, and deploying functionalities.
The position also involves mentoring peers, driving best practices, and supporting clients in achieving their compensation strategy objectives.
Act as a Workday subject matter expert with expertise in design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Manage multiple projects independently across various phases.
Conduct client sessions to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and deliver effective outcomes.
Identify strategies, risks, and solution options for post-production customers.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure development aligns with customer design decisions.
Provide regular updates to clients, project teams, and leadership.
Mentor junior consultants and actively share Workday knowledge to strengthen the practice.
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
Active Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation.
Proven experience in Compensation and Advanced Compensation implementation and/or support.
Strong understanding of compensation concepts and processes.
Experience creating compensation review statements through BIRT is an advantage.
Excellent consulting, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation under multiple deadlines.
Strong understanding of Workday functionality with the ability to explain concepts to others.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
Sound judgment and discretion in handling critical matters.
Decision-making that significantly impacts project outcomes and client success.
