Ensure that employees workers compensation wages and income protection payments are paid in accordance with legislation and insurance policies across UGL.
Provide support to Injury Management Advisors with the lodgement of income protection claims.
Ensure employees income protection payments are received and processed by payroll.
Provide support to Health Safety Environment and Quality team with processing invoices.
Manage reporting of UGL Divisional and service provider recharges, including Employee Assistance Program headcount etc.
Manage reports for Health Safety Environment and Quality team requirements including monthly outstanding wage reimbursements report and claims data.
