Your Role

Join a growing business and make a real difference! We’re seeking multiple Workers' Compensation Consultants to join our high-energy team based in Boorloo (Perth).

This is a dynamic role focused on injury management and supporting the optimal return to health for injured workers. You’ll work with diverse stakeholders, respond to a high volume of calls, and provide expert guidance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid work model, just two days in the office per week post-training. We’re also open to part-time arrangements.

About You

You’re agile, adaptable, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience in the insurance claims industry (highly regarded)
• Confident phone skills and the ability to resolve customer enquiries
• A resilient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• A customer-centric mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems
