Job Summary

At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce. Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

The Opportunity


When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.  In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.


As part of the People Operations team as Sales Bonus Analyst 2 you support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions. As an Associate you contribute to the overall financial well-being of the organization by playing a crucial role in making sure employees are paid accurately and on time, which supports employee satisfaction. This position requires a learning mindset and ownership of personal development while appreciating diverse perspectives and requirements.

Responsibilities


- Assist in the analysis of sales bonus calculations
- Support payroll operations related to sales incentives
- Collaborate with finance teams to confirm accuracy
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving bonus processes
- Analyze data to provide insights on sales performance
- Uphold professional standards in every financial reporting
- Adapt to changes in sales compensation structures
- Participate in team discussions to enhance operational effectiveness

What You Must Have


- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart


- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in one or more APAC and/or EMEA region languages
- Prior Payroll Operations experience preferred

Additional Qualification

  • Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM, 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)

  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
