Job Description & Summary

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management, including compensation studies, benchmarking, salary structures, and total compensation, preferably in consulting firms or global companies with multiple business divisions and international operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Understand the complexity of matrix reporting and work effectively within such structures.
- Possess strong soft skills in management, leadership, and handling difficult clients. Be autonomous yet capable of providing substantial pushback.
- Translate business needs into compensation strategies and implement them in alignment with business philosophy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Workday and SuccessFactors.
- Preferably have experience leading a team and establishing a compensation department.
