AmLaw 10 firm seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–6 yrs exp (law school class years 2020–2024) interested in a sophisticated practice focused on executive compensation, equity and incentive compensation, and ERISA matters. The practice includes both transaction-related work and ongoing advisory work, with emphasis on executive and equity compensation.
The Role
• Advise on executive compensation arrangements
• Structure and draft equity and incentive compensation plans
• Provide guidance on ERISA-related matters
• Support compensation and benefits aspects of corporate transactions
• Handle ongoing advisory work for public and private company clients
Ideal Background
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2–6 yrs exp (law school class years 2020–2024)
• Interest or experience in executive compensation, equity compensation, or ERISA matters
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Top academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
