Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Resolve a full range of internal and external customer requests and projects
Assists with the planning, design and implementation of base and variable pay, as well as executive compensation programs
Provides analytical support and research for client projects within broad range of industries
Conducts market-pricing of positions to assess market-competitive compensation; selects appropriate published surveys, matches actual job duties to published survey duties, analyzes and updates data
Analyzes public financial filing to value Executive and Board base salary, short-and long-term incentive opportunities, benefits and perquisites
Helps design salary structure and develop pay administration guidelines
Analyzes job analysis questionnaires or performs job analysis to create client job documentation
Performs financial modeling and statistical analyzes
Drafts reports of methodology, findings and recommendations to clients
Assists in preparing new business proposals
Help develop recommendations for new compensation strategies and philosophies
Performing additional responsibilities, as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in business or Master's of Business Administration, with a concentration in accountancy, economics, finance or human resources
Relevant experience preferably with a major consulting firm is strongly desired
Effective presentation skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
