This role will be responsible to develop, implement, maintain and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems as needed ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives. This role primarily supports India and South East Asia.
 
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Focus on analyzing and administrating compensation programs.
  • Support the ongoing development and delivery of compensation and benefit programs
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis, research and data collation to support compensation and benefit projects
  • Establish and execute benefit communication plan
  • Educate and communicate on compensation and benefit matters
  • Draft Statement of Work for vendors and support RFP processes for new vendors
  • Maintain, Draft and coordinate new and updated Policies/ Pay Practices documentation. Provide interpretation on Policies/ Pay practices as required.
  • Keep abreast of changes to relevant laws and initiate action necessary to keep Policies/Pay Practice up to date.
  • Establish implementation schedules and coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Payroll, Communications, HR, Legal, Timekeeping) to implement domestic benefit changes
  • Compile data and respond to benefit surveys
  • Coordinate compensation approvals, deviations or changes
  • Participate in local/international project teams with cross-functional representation as required
  • Partnering with HR and Business team to implement compensation and benefit strategy.

This position requires some domestic and international travel and regular participation in international calls/meetings which may occur outside of standard business hours.

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 4 to 8 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
