We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Benefits and Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs. This role ensures our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compensation structures, pay bands, and incentive programs.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership to forecast costs and align rewards with business strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate benefit plan terms.
  • Communicate benefits and compensation policies clearly to employees.
  • Monitor and analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
