Compensation Analyst

Envision Radiology, a 100% ESOP-owned company, seeks a Compensation Analyst to join the team!
Monday - Friday | Position Pay Range: $68,520 - $85,650
Opportunity for an additional, discretionary bonus available
The postion is located in Colorado Springs, CO

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing company compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst will advise management on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation and budgetary guidelines. Evaluates, develops, and maintains job descriptions and develops job architecture.

Essential Functions

1. Analyzes, designs, and administers comprehensive employer compensation programs, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, bonuses, and commission plans.

2. Develops, maintains, and communicates pay structures, salary grades, compensation budgets, and program guidelines.

3. Partners with leadership to advise on effective compensation decisions that support employee engagement while ensuring alignment with compensation policies and budget constraints.

4. Evaluates roles and responsibilities to develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and an organized job architecture framework.

5. Ensures all compensation programs and practices comply with federal and state regulations, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requirements.

6. Participates in and manages compensation surveys to assess market positioning and competitiveness.

7. Conducts in-depth research and analysis on market trends, pay equity, internal alignment, and external competitiveness to inform compensation strategy.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting compensation programs

• Exceptional knowledge of Excel

• Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation

• Energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix and fast-paced environment

• Experience with UKG and Salary.com a plus

• Demonstrated strong analytical skillsStrong communication skills & professional demeanor

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent education, training and experience, preferred

• Certified Compensation Professional, preferred
