Let’s talk about the team:

The Compensation Analyst will be part of the People Shared Services Team, providing crucial support to the Total Rewards team. The primary responsibility of the Rewards function is to design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation, global mobility, and benefits programs to help the organization attract and retain top talent. Key deliverables for this role include providing analytical support to the Compensation Partners, project management of global compensation initiatives, and supporting the administration of global compensation programs, enabling the Total Rewards team to focus on strategic initiatives.

The Compensation Analyst will support the Total Rewards team by providing analytical expertise and operational support to Compensation Partners across global compensation programs. This role is instrumental in ensuring compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The analyst will contribute and provide support to annual compensation planning cycles, market benchmarking, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives.

Let’s talk about the role:

  • Provide analytical support to Compensation Partners for salary reviews, promotions, and bonus cycles.
  • Provide back-up support to the Compensation Operations team
  • Conduct ad hoc benchmarking and analyze market data to assess competitiveness and pay equity.
  • Manage the implementation and administration of the market benchmarking tool. Participate in compensation surveys.
  • Contribute to job architecture and leveling efforts by reviewing roles and recommending appropriate classifications.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including data audits, reporting, and communications.
  • Provide analytical support during the annual compensation range review process
  • Assist in the development and documentation of compensation processes, controls, and compliance standards.
  • Administer and maintain compensation data within HR systems (e.g., Workday), including grade profiles and pay ranges.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and systems teams to test and enhance compensation tools.
  • Prepare compensation-related communications for employees and managers during review cycles.
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with federal and state laws governing compensation practices.
  • Collaborate and lead efforts with key global contacts, such as People Experience Operations and People Advisory colleagues in other regions and People systems and support teams.
  • Support broader Total Rewards projects as and when needed.
  • Assist with the transfer and support of work from Rewards COE (Center of Excellence) that may include assistance in Global Mobility, Benefits and Equity administration.

 

Let’s talk about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in compensation and global reward practices
  • Knowledge of fundamental compensation principles, concepts, and administration as well as exposure to global reward frameworks
  • Exceptional analytical and data skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Can work independently, investigate, assess and recommend improvements and present ideas proactively. Workday knowledge
  • A desire to strong customer centric mindset to provide exceptional and personal employee experience with a sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Ability and willingness to work flexibly to align with global needs such as early/late shifts, as needed
  • Ability to proficiently write and speak English
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of organization, globally.
  • Logical thinker who can assess a situation and provide the right balance of empathy, urgency, and diagnostic of next steps
  • Proactive in taking ownership to resolve situations by being resourceful to provide exceptional employee experience.

  • Experience in working within cross functional teams and able to support multiple countries with a general understanding of additional countries’ employment legislation and when to seek more qualified advice
