Role Description
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting monthly audit, validation, and reconciliation checks on key commission calculation
Developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity across Anaplan dependent systems
Conducting root cause analysis, developing process outlines, and implementing corrective measures to prevent data integrity issues
Documenting data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity across Anaplan dependent systems
Work with compensation leader on ensuring alignment of compensation plans to SHI business goals
Provide data-driven recommendations on compensation plans based on analysis
Documentation and administration of all sales and overlay compensation plans within Anaplan
Maintain and audit sales compensation plan structures and codes within Anaplan
Partner with cross-functional departments to support sales compensation program at SHI

Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning, including tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting - Intermediate
Proficiency in creating structured frameworks for organizing and interpreting data - Intermediate
Ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for accurate financial reporting - Intermediate
Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree
3-4 years of experience in analytics
3-4 years of experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with systems including AX, Microsoft PBI, CRM
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
