Join our Talent Service Team as a Compensation Analyst located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote)
The Compensation Analyst supports the design, development, administration and implementation of associate attorney and professional staff compensation programs, policies, structures, and practices with a primary focus on associate attorney compensation and non-US professional staff. This position will participate in compensation surveys, prepare reports, perform research and assist with the coordination and implementation of the annual compensation cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert in associate attorney compensation matters
• Participates in the annual year-end compensation process; including auditing data, testing functionality, researching and answering questions from participants as needed
• Provides ad-hoc reporting, modeling and analysis of year-end recommendations
• Supports talent acquisition efforts with job pricing and compensation related inquiries
• Performs market analysis and internal equity studies in response to employment actions (transfers, promotions, etc.)
• Performs analysis, modeling, and audits as needed
• Participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis
• Maintains information related to the use of market data, including annual spending and number of job benchmarked from each survey
• Monitors and ensures requests for pay adjustments comply with recognized compensation practice
• Performs job evaluation and pricing of positions through the application of applicable internal and external resources
• Audits job descriptions and postings; if needed adjusts content to reflect job responsibilities, level and nature of work
• Collaborates with the Compensation Manager to ensure job descriptions are kept current and consistent
• Partners with talent acquisition and talent services teams to ensure fair, consistent and competitive hiring practices
• Supports ongoing communication of the firm’s compensation practices and procedures
• Provides compensation support and consultation to talent acquisition and talent services teams for employment offers, promotional increases, transfers, etc.
• Maintains and assigns pay grades for new and existing positions in support of the integrity of the job structure
• Collaborates with the Compensation Manager on projects including program design, analysis, budgeting and system integration efforts
• Follows and adheres to all applicable compensation related domestic and international wage regulations
• Works with all levels of management to ensure compensation practices align with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting) preferred
• At least three years of business-related experience is required involving data analysis and financial modeling
• Progression towards CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) a plus
• Strong familiarity with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and reporting functionality
• Advanced knowledge with MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
