LucidHealth is a clinically integrated network of community-based   radiology practices. We empower radiologists and clinicians so they can focus on what they do best – care for patients. LucidHealth’s collaborative model includes five hospital-based physician practices, two imaging center practices and one teleradiology practice.


POSITION SUMMARY 

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs   with a primary focus on clinical and provider compensation. The role helps ensure physician and APP pay   structures, including base salary, incentive plans, and total rewards programs, are paid appropriately, remain competitive, equitable, and are aligned   with business objectives.

This role requires expertise in healthcare   provider compensation, including RVU-based models, shift-based pay structures, and incentive plans. The Compensation Analyst will collaborate with Finance, HR, Physician Recruitment, and Leadership to develop insights for provider pay programs.


PRIMARY  RESPONSIBILITIES

· Calculate and/or validate payments for provider compensation programs, including base salaries, productivity-based pay, stipends, and incentive plans.

· Support the design and modeling of short- and long-term incentive plans, ensuring they drive performance and remain financially sustainable.

· Perform budgeting and forecasting for provider compensation.

· Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and audits to monitor trends and provide insights for leadership.

· Ensure data integrity within HR systems and compensation platforms.

· Assist quarterly compensation processes, including salary adjustments, incentive payouts, and special compensation programs.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

      

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

· CPA license or CPA candidate preferred

· 2 to 5 years of experience in performing relevant   analyses in healthcare setting

· Knowledge of CMS, Provider Survey Data (i.e., MGMA   and S&C), and practice operations preferred

· Experience with Tableu or Power BI

· High level of understanding of MS Excel,   particularly with use of pivot tables and graphics
