Who you are:
As a Compensation Analyst I with Frost, you are our compensation investigator, always searching for new data to analyze. In this role, you will analyze roles at Frost to develop an understanding of their function. These insights will allow you to utilize your compensation knowledge to determine competitive market-based pay structures and ensure we are remaining competitive throughout the market. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations to upper management. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What you’ll do:
Analyze roles at Frost to develop an understanding of job responsibilities and determine competitive market-based pay structures
Compare pay packages against industry-wide survey data to ensure employees are accurately compensated across the organization
Collaborate with business leaders to design job architectures that align with organizational values and facilitate employee and company-wide growth
Communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that equity awards are accurately processed
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Economics; or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of banking products and services
