Job Description:

Fully functioning non-supervisory position responsible for providing diverse analytical support to the design and development of compensation products that support the strategy for assigned businesses, executives, or international clients. May directly consult with business managers in the development of these products.

The Compensation Consultant I will support coverage teammates across Global Markets, Global Research & Institute, GCIB, Enterprise Credit and Global Risk Management providing data, reporting and analytic solutions.Β  Will develop, manage, and enhance products/data that facilitate BAU, year-end and ad-hoc workstreams.Β  Addition workstreams, but are not limited to:

  • Will play a key role in cleaning, structuring, and analyzing large-scale compensation datasets.

  • Develops and enhances data management tools, queries, and processes supporting HR/Comp reporting.

  • Manage, create, and enhance reporting deliverables.

  • Integral to the bottom-up, funding, reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with Comp, HR, Finance Talent Acquisition to support BAU and year-end initiatives.

  • Drive or participate in cross-team/enterprise initiatives or strategic projects.

  • Own select global workstream processes.

  • Strategize on best practices for enhancing current compensation tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical background with exceptional ability in data analysis, interpretation, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to summarize and articulate complex process / data into easily understood information.

  • Ability to understand and apply complex technical requirements to practice situations.

  • The ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong data/quantitative analysis experience.

  • Strong/highly proficient in MS Excel skills (familiar with complex pivot tables, data filtering, lookups).

  • Proficient in other Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word) and HR information systems.

  • Collaborative partner who can develop relationships with global colleagues.

  • Be a demonstrated self-starter and a results-oriented professional who can develop and manage relationships across multiple groups.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
