Compensation Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compensation Manager, Equity Solutions and Equity Tools, to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing and managing equity compensation processes, ensuring compliance with European Pay Transparency requirements, and supporting our global fair pay initiatives. The role will be supporting EMEA Reward team in delivery of standard compensation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the equity tool to manage the requirements of European Pay Transparency.

  • Work alongside Reward Centre of Excellence and the European Reward Teams to gather and clean up all European payroll data.

  • Work with the Centre of Excellence to carry out the analysis process as per different European country requirements.

  • Support the implementation of all necessary adjustments.

  • Supporting the Centre of Excellence in managing the process to ensure it is documented, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are developed, and the process is clearly defined.

  • Ensure all data is appropriately audited and that Legal Privilege is maintained (if required).

  • Managing communication with local HR and other stakeholders.

  • Provide reporting and analytical support to the Salary Management and EMEA Reward team as required (e.g. salary recommendation, benchmarking, Annual Pay Review, Total Employment Costs, job evaluations, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Experience in data management, manipulation, and insight provision using Excel, Power BI and other analytics tools. An understanding of the tools and methods needed to consolidate large amounts of data, and an understanding of statistical concepts.

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, Compensation/Economics / Statistics / Maths / Accountancy or a related field.

  • Understanding of global fair pay processes and practices.

  • High communication skills to simplify and land key points with senior stakeholders and employees.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.

  • Experience in Reward is preferred.
