Optimize Partners is leading the talent search for a US based Compensation Manager. Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company delivering world-class data intelligence solutions that help global enterprises discover, understand, and trust their data. Their platform empowers organizations to innovate faster and make smarter decisions by unlocking the true value of their data. The company is hiring on a global scale, and is looking for a Compensation Manager to design and implement global compensation strategies that attract, retain, and reward top talent across multiple regions in the US and EMEA. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, high-growth tech environment where scalability and fairness are key. This position can be based in Raleigh, New York, or be fully remote (US only).
Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Compensation Strategy
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job leveling frameworks, and incentive programs for multiple geographies.
- Drive Annual Pay Cycles
- Oversee global merit reviews, bonus programs, and equity refreshes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Market Benchmarking & Analysis
- Conduct global compensation surveys, analyze trends, and recommend adjustments to remain competitive worldwide.
- Partner Across Teams
- Advise People, Finance, and business leaders on pay decisions, promotions, and offers.
- Executive Compensation Support
- Assist with modeling, reporting, and preparation for Compensation Committee meetings.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all programs meet local and international regulations and align with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 6 - 10 years of compensation experience across multiple countries (i.e. US, EMEA, APAC), ideally with global technology companies
- Expertise in core compensation areas, including job leveling, benchmarking, base pay structures, commission structures, equity and bonus plan design.
- Experience supporting executive compensation plan structures
- Demonstrated ability to develop and apply advanced compensation models and analytics to solve complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated success with collaborating with key stakeholders across People, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Skills:
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
- Expertise in market pricing tools (Mercer, Radford, Payscale).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS , and M&A or IPO initiatives.
- Professional certifications (CCP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM, CEBS, CIPD).
Compensation for this role:
- Competitive salary range $125K–$155K, plus bonus opportunities and equity ownership.
