In the context of strong growth of the Group and to support the next strategic plan of Euronext, the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team is currently looking for a motivated Compensation Specialist Trainee to join our great HR team in Porto.

This role will support the administration of the Group compensation policies and processes.  Compensation team members are strong guardians of company values and principles, so you should have strong interpersonal skills, be approachable, responsive, results oriented, rigorous, proactive, and trustworthy.

As Compensation Specialist Apprentice your key accountabilities will be:

Compensation:

  • Support the preparation of the annual compensation review, including the setup of the supporting tools and reporting, and preparation and testing of the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation manager and HR team to gather and analyse compensation data from proposals.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to ensure all reward elements are being applied consistently and appropriately.
  • Support in preparing reporting and presentation for management review.
  • Provide administrative support for compensation-related projects and initiatives.
  • Support the communication, training and information sharing to the HR team across the group.
  • Assist in the internal grading system administration and maintenance.

Workforce Planning staff cost monitoring:

  • Support HR and C&B team on monthly Workforce planning process.
  • Assist HR team to extract and analyse monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Support tool and processes continuous improvement.
