Description

What You'll Do:

  • Administer and maintain the company’s equity programs (e.g., stock options, RSUs, phantom stock, or profit interest units), ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with plan documents and regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, finance, and legal teams to support equity grant approvals, terminations, exercises, and other transactions throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage and reconcile equity data within the equity management system (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, or Capdesk), ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute equity-related communications to participants, including grant agreements, vesting schedules, and summary statements.
  • Support internal and external audits, valuation processes (409A), and preparation of materials for the board or compensation committee related to equity activity.

 

Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments. 

The salary range for this position is $150,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
