Our client an Am 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate (3 to 5 years experience - ONLY) to join their ERISA & Executive Compensation practice within the Business Law Department. You'll work both collaboratively and independently on transactions involving equity-based arrangements and incentive-compensation plans for public and private companies. Experience with ERISA and employee-benefit plans is a plus.
