Key Job Duties
• Support the annual executive and MD/P compensation cycles, including base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive (LTI) programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking for executive and MD/P roles using compensation surveys and proxy data.
• Prepare compensation models, scenarios, and pay analyses to support compensation decisions and proposals.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners on the administration of executive compensation programs, including retention agreements, employment contracts, and severance plans, to ensure alignment and integration of executive compensation programs with other company initiatives and policies.
• Assist in the development of materials for the Compensation Committee, including presentations, data summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Support the preparation of the CD&A section of the annual proxy statement
• Help manage the executive compensation calendar and ensure key deliverables are tracked and met.
• Maintain documentation, process guides, and compliance records related to executive pay programs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, human resources, or related field preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation or HR roles
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into recommendations
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with HR colleagues and business partners
• Knowledge of compensation survey methodologies, pay benchmarking, and incentive plan design is a plus
• Experience working in a public company environment and familiarity with regulatory considerations (SEC, proxy, CD&A) is an asset
• Workday and/or Power BI experience is an asset

The estimated base salary range for this job is $75,000-$100,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $86,250-$115,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
