As a Global Compensation Analyst, you will play an important role in the administration and management of the organization's compensation programs. You will help ensure that our compensation practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Salary range 004: 71 200$ to 89 000$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
What’s involved in this role:
Supports global compensation team with delivery of compensation strategy and processes (salary analysis, benchmarking, offer letters, step increase changes, tenure bonus, job profile creation, step admin, merit, etc.)
Job Description process management.
Supports compensation-related projects with administrative and analytical support.
Conducts thorough analysis of compensation data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Performs market research to benchmark compensation practices against industry standards.
Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Assists in the annual salary review process and other compensation-related projects.
Manages the annual years of service awards program including procurement, distribution, communications, and budgeting.
Serves as a point of escalation for questions and provide support in resolving matters related to global compensation.
In collaboration with the Employee Service Center, continuously improve the support processes related to the programs administered.
May participate in any special projects of the global compensation team.
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, administration, actuarial science or any other related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Minimum one (1) years of relevant experience working with compensation, health care plans, retirement plans, policies, and compliance initiatives required.
Experience working with Canada and US law and policies a plus.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French and English.
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, HRIS systems, and Outlook. Experience with Workday is an asset.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage several processes and/or projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
High level of integrity to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Ability to apply logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Intermediate math skills (comparative analysis, statistical analysis).
Demonstrate attention to detail in proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate knowledge of pertinent regulations, filing and compliance requirements, affecting employee global compensation programs.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and think independently.
