ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global Head of Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing compensation, benefits, recognition, mobility, and equity programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent worldwide. This leader will develop a cohesive global rewards strategy that aligns with our business objectives, supports our culture, ensures competitiveness in all markets, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
This is a critical leadership role that requires you to think strategically about complex global compensation and benefits topics while demonstrating a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. As Trustly works on globalization, you'll be instrumental in developing innovative and impactful rewards philosophies and programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent around the world.
