Responsibilities:
* Administering compensation programs
* Conducting market pricing and pay equity analysis
* Developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with wage laws
* Supports immigration processes
* Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation
* Prepare reports and presentations relating to compensation and benefits
* Resolves employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
* Administrative tasks, policy updates, and serving as a backup to the Benefits Specialist
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on compensation
* Experience in job evaluation, compensation analysis, and variable pay plans
* Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience in HR or business
* Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of employment laws
* Preferred: SHRM certification, vendor management experience, and experience with market pricing tools and immigration processes.
