Fraser is seeking a Human Resources Compensation Analyst to support key components of our employee compensation program. This role is responsible for generating compensation reports, administering step increase programs, conducting market analyses, maintaining and updating job descriptions, and supporting initiatives within Fraser’s Compensation Strategic Plan and departmental MBOs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update market grade evaluations for assigned departments and positions. Provide recommendations for grade level assignments for new or existing jobs.
- Participate in and/or independently lead moderately complex to complex compensation and organization specific projects.
- Consult with management on compensation structure and rates within assigned divisions, providing guidance on internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Collect and analyze salary data; manage salary survey submissions and ensure data is leveraged to support decisions.
- Partner with leaders within assigned divisions during annual budget process to provide cost analysis and recommendations on promotions, market adjustments, minimum wage increases, and other compensation actions.
- Create, update and maintain job descriptions for Fraser positions ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and qualifications within assigned divisions.
- Continually review, update, and maintain career ladders and naming conventions to ensure they effectively support Fraser’s overall compensation structure.
- Update and maintain organizational charts for assigned divisions.
- Create and/or facilitate programs and presentations for educating HR Partners and managers about compensation-related topics and initiatives.
- Oversee Fraser’s Performance Review process, ensuring consistency with compliance across divisions.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or a related field required.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.â¯Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required.
- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience with strong knowledge of compensation analysis, data analysis, or finance.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to leverage data for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

- Monday - Friday; standard business hours
- The starting pay for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on qualifications
