Total Reward Manager
Your main responsibilities
SOP and HR Announcement
|
- Revise SOP and create new SOP based on business requirement and instructed by HR Director
- Support to enhance the HR procedures and processes compliance in co-ordination with HR team.
- Regularly review Internal Regulations make sure it is aligned with updated labor code
- Prepare and announce announcement related to employees (promotion, change position,…) HR policies, and other related topics

Payroll process
|
- Process monthly payroll: make sure correct calculation, payment on time
- In charge of Social Insurance, PIT (local & expats), annual tax balance
|
Documents management
|
- Make sure documents were filed sufficiently/properly
|
GPS/Job level/salary range
|
- Keep updated GPS when needed
- Build salary range based on confirmed GPS (PC)
- Benchmark with market based on Mercer data, and keep updating yearly
|
HR Projects
|
- Handle HR special projects such as SEES, mini SEES,
- Covid-19: create policies and send announcements relates to Covid-19. Send report related to Covid-19 to group as requirements
|
HR Audit
|
- Prepare all related documents for all HR audits organized by internal auditors, group auditors (Jardine and JSG), and other local authorities: Labour Department, Labour Inspector, …….
|
Occupational Health and Safety
“Zero Workplace Injury”
|
- To drive and develop safety behaviour and culture across Schindler Vietnam in accordance with Safety Management System, legal requirements, Schindler Global safety Fundamental and Initiatives;
- To report all Unsafe Event and Incidents according to Schindler Safe Working Procedure (SOP) and legal requirements;
- To lead by example and be safety role model in responsible areas and/or Team;
- To ensure fulfil all defined safety target and site safety execution (if any).

Code of Conduct (CoC)
Strict Compliance with Group CoC Rules
|
- To ensure that all job-related activities and behaviours are in compliance with the Group CoC guidelines and in accordance with the local laws;
- To actively report any violation or potential violation to the Management.

- Sound knowledge on Vietnamese Labour laws

Professional experience

6 or 7 years of hands-on managerial experience in Human Resources
Experience with HRMS, Success Factors is an advantage
