We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager to lead our Compensation, Benefits, and Organizational Design team. This individual will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our total rewards programs and organizational structure to ensure alignment with our business objectives, talent strategy, and employee value proposition. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals across compensation, benefits, and organizational design functions.
Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex or sensitive compensation and benefits matters.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation structures, salary bands, and job evaluation methodologies.
Lead annual compensation review cycles, including merit, bonus, etc..
Benchmark compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to support offers, promotions, and internal mobility with sound compensation advice.
Manage the strategy, design, and administration of employee benefits programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing benefits offerings, making recommendations for improvements and cost efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to benefits and leave administration.
Lead the development and refinement of job architecture, career paths, and organization design frameworks.
Support workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with business and HR representatives.
Analyze organizational structures and propose changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Use data analytics to support decision-making, drive improvements, and demonstrate ROI of rewards and OD initiatives.
Ensure programs are administered in accordance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
Oversee the preparation and submission of required reports (e.g., ESRS, pay equity audits).
Qualifications:
University degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in total rewards or HR
At least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, job evaluation methodologies, benefits program management, and organizational design principles.
Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), and data analytics tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels and functions.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Basic wage component (brutto): from 4 000 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
