· More than 800 physicians, 450+ advanced practice providers, and 2,600 clinical and support staff in over 40 specialties, provide patients with a broad range of medical and surgical services.

The role you’ll contribute\:
The Provider Compensation Analyst will monitor the healthcare industry to aid in aligning provider compensation to the ever-changing environment. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiative surrounding provider compensation. The Provider Compensation Analyst will aid the Director of Provider Compensation when working with leadership and providers in developing, monitoring and tracking compensation arrangements. The individual will also be a resource to leadership in reviewing all aspects of provider compensation throughout the medical group.
The value you’ll bring to the team\:
· Participate in the Provider Compensation Governance Committee for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
· Responsible for all the physician call payments are made timely and accurately. Update call template invoices yearly. Work with hospital on the Master Call Agreement.
· Ensure all Medical Director payments are according to the contract.
· Supervise physician compensation models, including the planning of acquisitions and service line development.
· Aid in the development, monitoring and production of automated calculations and reporting dashboards.
· Participate in the annual analytical review of each employed provider’s pay structure to deliver a fair market value (FMV) plan that also meets Commercial Reasonableness (CR) Testing
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed\:
Minimum qualifications\:
· AAPCP certification within 1 year or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a business-related field
· 2+ of healthcare Finance/Accounting industry experience
Preferred qualifications:
· Master’s in finance, Accounting or a business-related field
· 1+ of experience in provider compensation
· MGMA ACMPE Upon Hire
