The sales compensation analyst will support annual compensation design process and implementation, including ongoing comp-related design & execution activities. Performs all activities needed to produce accurate and timely incentive compensation payouts. Conducts and tracks ongoing performance analysis, including attainment to goal and overall sales team performance.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
2β5 years of experience in sales compensation analysis, financial analysis, or sales operations.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with CRM or incentive management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Xactly, Anaplan) preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
