Avid Technology is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team. You will implement efficiencies to the existing end-to-end sales incentive process, take initiative, and provide continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great attention to details and ability to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration of the Worldwide Sales Compensation Plan, policies, and procedures in effect. In addition, the role will assist management with design and modifications to the plan to align with the company’s objectives.
